Midcom has extended its outreach and forged close partnerships with telecom and electronic giants such as Samsung, Microsoft, Huawei and Lenovo to name a few. In addition to this, Midcom also provides value added services such as device management, manpower management and end to end logistics for major telecom operators across Africa.

MiDCOM is the largest distributor of Microsoft Mobiles and Accessories in Africa. With a presence in over 17 countries both directly and indirectly, MiDCOM aims to leverage its deep rooted infrastructure and local expertise in proving the best distribution network for its Principle.

MiDCOM has also invested in its own retail stores in Kenya and has recently acquired 40 TIGO outlets in Tanzania in an effort to provide value added services to its customers.
